    Membership questions

What is the minimum membership term?

Membership is built month to month. Minimum term: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer.

How many kilometres are included, and what is overage?

Kilometres included by tier — Silver Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer, Gold Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer, Black Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. Overage: Contact us for current pricing.

Is insurance included in British Columbia?

Yes — insurance is included with membership for approved drivers in BC. We keep the paperwork plain; confirm the exact cover on approval. We never promise an insurance outcome beyond what your agreement states.

    What deposit do you require?

A refundable deposit holds your place on the fleet: $3,000–$12,000.

Do you run a credit check?

Credit check policy: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. Membership is always subject to approval — a completed application is not a guarantee of acceptance.

How do car swaps work on each tier?

Silver — pick a new car when your month renews. Gold — one mid-month swap, anytime. Black — free swaps (Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer). All swaps are subject to availability and arranged through the club.

    Where do you deliver?

Greater Vancouver — home, office, clinic, or Hotel — plus Whistler on the Sea-to-Sky. Delivery and pickup are part of membership; there is no counter visit.

What happens if the car is damaged?

Report it to us immediately. We document condition at delivery and collection so both sides have a clear record. Responsibility and process are confirmed in your membership agreement before you drive — we will not invent numbers here.

    How does cancellation work?

Cancellation notice: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. Ask us for the written terms that apply to your tier before you apply.

Can I join if I am under 25?

No. Members must be 25 or older with a full licence. That age floor is an insurance requirement, not a soft preference.

Can I add a second driver?

Second drivers: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. Anyone who drives must be named and approved before they take the keys.

    Do you offer corporate memberships?

Corporate memberships and invoicing: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. The approved driver still needs to meet age and licence requirements.

    Do you deliver to Whistler?

Yes. Whistler and Sea-to-Sky delivery is part of the club footprint — useful for ski season and weekend houses. See the Whistler page for winter context, or how delivery works.

    Can I pause my membership?

Pause policy: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. This matters for locums between contracts and for fellows with planned gaps — ask us for the current rules when you apply.

What is the difference between daily rentals and monthly membership?

Daily rentals are short-term bookings for a specific car and date. Monthly membership is ongoing access — insurance, maintenance, delivery, and the right to swap by tier. If you need a weekend only, start at daily rentals; if you want the club, start at membership.

Can I pause between locum contracts?

Yes — membership is meant to fit locum horizons. Pause between placements: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. See membership for physicians.

    Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes. We deliver where physicians actually are — VGH, St. Paul's, Surrey Memorial, your clinic, or home. The walkthrough happens at handoff; no dealership Saturday required.

How does pricing work for a 12-month fellowship?

Fellowships and fixed-term placements fit monthly membership well. Silver is the usual starting point for fellows and residents; current Silver pricing is $3,000. Apply with your start date and expected duration and we will confirm what fits.

Can my spouse be a second driver?

Spouse / second-driver policy: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. Both drivers must meet age and licence requirements and be approved before either drives.

Are client passengers and business use covered?

Business-use and passenger coverage: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. Confirm the details on approval so you know what applies when clients ride along.

Can you invoice my corporation or PREC?

Yes — we provide clean monthly invoices to you or your corporation / PREC. Whether a membership expense is deductible is a question for your accountant; we make the paperwork easy either way.

Can I get a guaranteed SUV for a listing weekend?

Gold members get one mid-month swap and priority booking — the practical way to line up a client-ready SUV for open-house season. Specific cars are always subject to availability; plan ahead with the club when a listing weekend matters.

Can I brand or wrap the membership car?

Branding and wrap policy: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer.

Can executives and founders get multi-driver corporate access?

Corporate invoicing and multi-driver options: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. Built for relocation assignments and busy founders who want variety without depreciation. See membership for executives.

    How do mid-month upgrades work?

Upgrade policy: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. Gold and Black are designed for changing cars when your month still has runway — ask us for the current process when you apply.

Can my company be invoiced, with more than one approved driver?

Corporate invoicing and multi-driver options: Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer. The approved drivers still need to meet age and licence requirements. Membership remains subject to approval.

Does membership fit a relocation or fixed-term assignment?

Yes — that is one of the main reasons executives choose a membership over buying or leasing. Drive for the length of the assignment, then stop without disposing of a car. Minimum term and pause rules are confirmed when you apply.

Can you deliver to Whistler for winter months?

Yes. Greater Vancouver and Whistler are in our delivery map. Winter tires are standard on seasonal SUVs. Read more on our Whistler page.

How is this different from leasing a luxury car?

Leasing locks you into one car and a long commitment. Membership keeps insurance, maintenance, and delivery in one monthly arrangement, with swaps by tier — so you get variety without depreciation. See membership tiers and our guide on monthly rental vs leasing.
