By using roluxcars.com or booking with RoluxCars, you agree to these terms. Vehicle rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement provided at booking confirmation.

Eligibility

Renters must typically be 25 years of age or older, hold a valid driver's licence, meet insurance requirements, and provide a security deposit. Additional criteria may apply by vehicle class.

Bookings & Rates

Rates shown on the website are indicative and may vary by season, duration, and vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from our concierge team and completion of required documents.

Use of Vehicles

Vehicles must be operated legally, within British Columbia (or approved routes), and in accordance with the rental agreement. Off-road use, racing, and unauthorized drivers are prohibited.

Membership

Club membership is by application and approval. Benefits, swap allowances, and fleet access are subject to availability and membership terms provided upon acceptance.

Website Content

Fleet availability, specifications, and imagery are for general information. We may update the fleet or correct content without notice. This site does not constitute a binding offer until a rental is confirmed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoluxCars is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use. Vehicle rental liability is governed by the signed rental agreement and applicable insurance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
